REVIVE is a staged program, different to your conventional detox packages. REVIVE goes for 4 weeks, with a preparation week to give you time to clean out your fridge, pantry and experiment with a few recipes. Here is an idea of how it will run: Days 1-7 - Preparation Week. Cleaning out your pantry, fridge and experimenting with a few recipes. Weeks 2,3 and 4 are about Going Back to Basics. If you have done an elimination diet before it is a little like that, removing all processed foods, unhealthy oils and alcohol, instead, enjoying fresh vegetables and fruit, meats, bone broths, eggs, nuts and seeds.and plenty of water. (There are vegetarian options) After 4 weeks, the fun begins and you slowly begin reintroducing foods again to find the foods that suit your body. This is the most important part of the REVIVE program.

Frequently asked questions
When does it start - Whenever you are ready. Often if you are busy, or live further away coming into clinic for consultations can be tricky. All consultations can be done via Skype. On going support is offered via a Facebook page
Do I need to exercise - Exercise is important for all of us at every time in our lives. You may not feel up to doing a full workout, but do what you can and talk to your personal trainer or gym staff for advice on what to do. If you don't have a PT, I can recommend some to you in the Balgowlah area.
Will I have to take detox powders - That is your choice. You can do a detox focusing only on foods, or using a combination of detox powders and food. Recommendations for the use of detox powders are on an individual basis and will be discussed at the initial consultation.
How long will it take - For results, and also to get into good eating habits, I recommend a minimum of 3 weeks plus 1 week of preparation.
Will I have to give upcoffee - For a detox to be effective, if you are able to give up coffee for the detox, fabulous. If this hurdle is too great, then lets work around it and limit your intake to 1 cup per day. But lets make it a good one!
What happens if I don't get any results - Then this might be a good time to find out what else is going on in your body. Often hormones, adrenal stress and thyroid disorders make us hold onto weight. Further investigations and referrals to other practitioners would be beneficial to getting to the bottom of why you can't lose weight
